Thursday, April 16 – Safe travels to Paris!

You are on your way to the City of Light! A complimentary breakfast will be available in the Fernando Pessoa Ballroom from 7:00 – 10:00 am should you wish to enjoy a bite before the scheduled 9 am group transfer to the airport. Please arrive in the lobby 10 minutes prior to departure. Kindly refer to your itinerary for full details. 

A Welcome Cocktail Reception will be held at the hotel’s Le Patio from 6 – 7 pm. Attire is Smart Casual. 

If you have any questions or would like assistance booking excursions during your time in Paris, the Peirce-Phelps Hospitality Desk will be open from 4 – 7 pm. 

• If you have a question but are not able to visit us in-person at the Hospitality Desk, you can still ask us a question using the mobile web app’s Help Desk. Assistance is available at your fingertips daily from 8 am – 8 pm.
