Flying Out of Philadelphia?

Based on longer than usual lines at the airport recently, we recommend that you arrive 3 hours prior to flight departure time.

If you are on American Airlines flight number 258 departing at 9:05pm on Saturday, April 11, you’re on block space and will need to check in at the American Airlines ticket counter. An American Airlines ticket desk is available at both Terminal A-West and Terminal A-East. TSA Pre is available at A-East and not A-West. Typically, the check-in experience is better at the American Airlines A-West ticket counter, which is where we’ll have a staff person to assist with any questions starting at 4:00pm that day. She’ll be wearing all black and a hot pink scarf.

If you check in at the American Airlines ticket counter in A-West, you can walk to A-East for TSA Pre.
